Delivery

We use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class recorded delivery for items purchased from our website. When your order has been shipped you will get an email from us with tracking information so you can find out where in the Royal Mail system your order is. 

Returns

Any personalised item which is ordered from us such as photo slates, lanterns etc will not be eligible for a return due to the fact that they are personalised. So please ensure that the photo/design is correct at the time of ordering.

Should you however receive your order and it's either damaged, faulty or wrongly personalised due to our mistake then we will offer a replacement or an alternative solution. We will also ask you to return the faulty item to us at our cost. 

Any problems with your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
